You will be required to send the Items to a post office or courier upon your reservation, bearing the shipping costs at your expense and taking advantage of the return times which are in no way dependent on ApocalisseSoldOut®.

Please ensure the items are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags still attached. We will only exchange or refund New and Unwashed items, so items that have never been worn other than for trying on can be returned within 14 days.

If the goods are inspected without a satisfactory result, or if they do not meet the conditions, the package will be returned to you. If the goods are inspected successfully, we will proceed as follows: we will send you a coupon/discount code equal to the value of the returned item, with which you can place a new order without any time limit. Alternatively, if the item is unavailable, we will send you a refund using the same payment method used to make the purchase on this website (for "Cash on Delivery" payments, the refund will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, to the details provided by the Customer via email during the request process above).

The request will be processed within 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.
